With more than 80 % of revenue originating from organic search, its 2025 growth plan hinged on two moves that traditionally put rankings at risk: a full platform rebuild and a switch from state‑by‑state to national pricing. Impressive Digital’s brief was direct but hugely complex: migrate the site, launch the new pricing model, and grow traffic while we do it.
The Challenge
Tight window. A January 2025 go‑live date left only weeks to stabilize before Valentine’s Day and Father’s Day peaks.
Crawl‑budget bottleneck. Legacy stack throttled Googlebot to ~22k requests/day, slowing SKU indexation.
250k+ parameterized URLs. Every product page required exact 301 redirects and canonical mapping.
