For 25 years, France Luxe has delivered the highest quality selection of hair accessories for all hair types and textures as well as elevated personal care and home fragrance with French flair. Their consistently great products led to their products being sold nationwide both online and at major retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Neiman Marcus, and Amazon.
Despite huge brand equity and a crazy high conversion-machine of a Shopify website, the brand has consistently struggled to scale their ad spend. For years they found Meta retargeting was effective, but they had not yet nailed success on paid Google channels.
Impressive’s paid media team rubbed their hands together with delight when they saw the site’s conversion, the quality of the creative, and the engagement of the brand’s organic social followers.
The team implemented a full funnel strategy on Meta, adding top and mid funnel campaigns to capture more prospects using a variety of targeting tactics. One of the most successful was creating a “social engagers” campaign to close the loop on the engagers and turn them into converters. Another was creating a lookalike audience of the social engagers, opening up a whole new top funnel audience for the brand.
Google was also introduced into the full funnel strategy, largely via Shopping and remarketing on Google properties.
With a more robust and tightly connected paid strategy, the team was able to effectively launch successful Google campaigns as well as maintain positive results on Meta. The end result was ROAS consistently above 10x.
