High Price, Low quality of service and No Leads. Not "impressed" with "impressive Digitals" Customer service and Business Ethics.Hiring an online marketing company was a big hard decision for me, considering that I am a small business with small budget. I am having a nightmare of Impressive digital due to lack of business ethics and poor customer service.How did I come to a decision to terminate Impressive' s services? Customer serviceMissing or being late on meeting dates and not following action itemsHalf completed job Not understanding my business and the service I provideDefensive emails from staff customer feedback reportsManagement not returning my calls or responding my emails Chasing people to do work and constant complaints rather than action wordsDeadlines or set action plans were not followedAnd of course sales - NO SALES OR LEADSAfter each meeting, I had to create an action plan to their staff to meet the deadlines and was still not meeting. After paying over a 2000 AUD you expect more service. (sorry each time I questioned that I received an email or phone call been informed weekly meetings that I attend, is service and they don't do this often) After paying you top of the range I have expectations. And when I questioned low quality ranking at google and inability to provide me service I received multiple defensive emails. On top of that Below are the conversions Impressive was calculating they are not even related with the work I do: Sex offers – from various emails SEO - offer from other SEO services Website design – offer website design/advertising servicesAlso when I have requested to end the services, explained why here is the email I received. Which literally states Impressive is trying to figure out SEO puzzle. After paying over $2000, I need to wait Impressive to figure out Google puzzle. Now let’s get back to outcome, they have been informed to stop any ad campaign they are conducting for me or work, the account is terminated with the last straw of the new designated Person’s missing her own deadlines. Now the company is still running ads campaign even though I told them not to and I am continually charged by google for the products I don’t have anymore. The nightmare seems like will never end. Dealing with Google on the one hand as I have no access to this ad campaign to stop, or can't change the credit card details. On the other hand dealing with Impressive Digital- as My google account is highjacked now I am being asked to pay poor customer service, lack of service, defensive emails, missing deadlines. It is like If you don't pay we won't give you access to resolve issues. Recommendations to other businesses think before you start working with Impressive Digital.

Our business had a 12-month SEO contract with Impressive Digital Marketing since early March 2019. For the past few weeks, during the initial setup phase, I was contacted three times to confirm the keywords list, asking for a business description and a benchmark report at the end.We are a bamboo bed linen brand in Australia. We only have three product pages on our website. However, it took over a week for them to do the keyword research and then send me a list including keywords like ‘bamboo pillow Australia’ and ‘buy bamboo pillow’ which were not relevant to what we are selling. It shocked me a bit but I thought that they would perform better in the following weeks.Secondly, the SEO team bulk submitted our business details to about 40 business directories through software that did not optimize for search results and did not look professional. I’ve attached a screenshot of one business listing so you will get an idea about their work quality.The last correspondence from them was at the end of March, in which a benchmark report was attached and I was told about the current keyword rankings and that the initial setup phase was finished and ready to go.At this point, I became certain my growing concerns about the quality of their service and their ability to provide the service as contractually obligated. I expressed these concerns to my account manager and he responded by sending me an email with several reports generated by different websites and software. These reports contained lots of technical statistics but little actual detail or actionable service to my business. Ironically, the website speed test report was generated on 31st of March which was the end of the initial setup phase. It means that they just generated this report in minutes after they saw my email with concerns. They always gave me a feeling that they were working hard on analyzing those reports so in this case I assume they may prefer to do it thoroughly in the second month or so. I have attached a list of the items they provided for the first month. In the month Impressive Digital Marketing worked on my account, the only results they provided was a list of keywords, 40 low quality business directory submissions via automated software, a few reports generated in minutes and a lot of exaggeration regarding their work.In my first meeting with Impressive Digital Marketing I requested they not change my settings for structured data in SEO manager as it would cause conflicts with another software. I was verbally guaranteed that I would be notified and receive confirmation regarding any setting changes related to the store. Unfortunately, someone changed it for me without permission and now all my product pages have lost those rich snippet contents such as reviews, price and stock level info embedded with organic search. If you are a shopify store owner you will understand the detrimental effect this has had on my website and business performance. Having paid the first monthly fee of several thousand dollars I requested an accounting of how much time their team had spent on my project. They kept avoiding answering it, only sending me tons of technical terms and work they’ve done so far (I’ve mentioned it in the attachments). I also made multiple requests to terminate the contract for cause given their failure to meet the contracted scope of work and, again, upon the negative impact to my Shopify website performance following the unapproved setting change. They continue to refuse my request and have spent more effort on keeping me locked into a 12-month commitment with them than they did on providing quality SEO services to me as contracted.I had high expectations for Impressive SEO but they failed me and I urge you to consider the risks to your business before entering into a contract with them. Hopefully it will save you the stress and damage my business has experienced.

I am one of their customers.They double charge my monthly fee (AUD$1000) but account manager not reply my call and email even their account departmemt. (Kelky Richardson) My account manager Nashaan Vigneswaran just send me one email and make one phone call to me at the beginning . After he send me to another account manager? (Therese Kaitler) She never willing to list my problem and keep force me to believe how Professional of their team and she is. As a SEO, they suppose help my business but they just give me more worries. I still have 5 months contract, pls pray for me. Very disappointed!Don't trust their reviews, sure is make up by their staffs.

I engaged this company for 14 months, and during that time, they incorrectly had our Bridal Store under the category of Welding services (instead of wedding services) and we were also listed under Bicycle Shop (instead of Bridal Shop)! We were promised the world, and inquiries did not increase at all while with these guys. They didn't know what they were doing with our industry and should have said so from the get go. When mistakes were made and pointed out (which needed fair trading to be involved before they would acknowledge) they would not refund a cent, and instead offered to do a further campaign to try and make it up to us. I agreed.. and then, they ghosted us. The campaigns were never completed. What an absolute waste of time and money. The literally ran away with our funds, which I find bizarre as you seem to have so many good reviews on here, so why did you so badly drop the ball with us? Everyone makes mistakes, but a good judge of character is how to rectify them, and you couldn't get away from us fast enough.
